Article 2 – Scope of application
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.dcp-paris.com by a consumer acting privately and for personal use.
They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of DELPAR SAS products. Any order implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC, as well as the specific conditions detailed at the time of the order (product description, price, specifications).
The GTC are available at all times on the website. The customer is invited to save or print them. Any contrary condition issued by the customer will only be enforceable against DELPAR SAS if there is a prior written agreement.
By registering your order, the customer declares to have full legal capacity or to have the authorization of the authorized person to commit you under these general terms and conditions of sale. Minors are not authorized to make purchases on the website. DELPAR SAS reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the day of the order.
Orders and prices
Article 3 – Order
3.1 Product availability
Offers presented on the website are valid within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability of a product, the customer will be informed directly on the product sheet or by email. DELPAR SAS reserves the right to cancel an order in case of stock shortage. In this case, the amount already paid will be refunded.
3.2 Customer account
The customer can create a secure personal account with an email address and a password. Order tracking, purchase history and order status are accessible via this personal space.
3.3 Order process
The contract is concluded in French or English. The order is validated via a double-click process. The order becomes final after validation of the delivery address and payment method. DELPAR SAS reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a previous dispute.
3.4 Cancellation
The order is automatically cancelled if payment is not validated. Apart from this case, cancellation is possible as long as the order is not being prepared. Once the package has been shipped, cancellation can only occur by refusing the package upon delivery, without opening it.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) for France, and excluding taxes (HT) for international orders, excluding delivery costs. The price applied is the one in force at the time of the order, barring obvious error. Delivery costs are indicated before final validation.
For any order outside mainland France, customs or local taxes may be payable upon delivery. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Article 5 – Payment
No payment made to DELPAR SAS can be considered as a deposit.
5.1 Payment methods
Payment is made in cash upon order, unless otherwise specified on the website. Payments can be made by credit card (via the secure Shopay module), via PayPal or by staggered payment with Alma (subject to eligibility, according to the conditions offered by Alma).
All transactions are processed via secure payment platforms guaranteeing the confidentiality and protection of your banking data. Payment information is never stored by DELPAR SAS.
In the case of a high-value order, DELPAR SAS reserves the right to request payment by bank check or bank transfer, after prior notification to the customer.
5.2 Verification and supporting documents
As part of our fraud prevention policy, DELPAR SAS reserves the right to request any proof of identity and/or address in order to validate an order. The processing of the order may be suspended until receipt and verification of the requested documents.
Failing receipt or in the event of documents deemed non-compliant, DELPAR SAS reserves the right to cancel the order without this giving rise to any compensation.
Article 6 – Product information
6.1 Descriptions and availability
The essential characteristics of the products are described in the product sheets available on the website. Only textual elements (designation, composition, dimensions, colors, care instructions, etc.) are contractually binding.
The visuals present on the website (photographs, graphic renderings) are provided for illustrative purposes. Despite the care taken in their creation, minimal variations in tint, texture or rendering may exist between the images displayed on the screen and the actual product. These discrepancies do not engage the responsibility of DELPAR SAS and cannot constitute a legitimate reason for cancellation or complaint, unless there is a proven defect in the product.
DELPAR SAS reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the content of the product sheets, particularly to reflect any improvements or evolutions of the models.
6.2 Import regulations
The customer is responsible for informing themselves about local restrictions related to the import or use of the products. Certain materials may be subject to specific regulations. DELPAR SAS declines all responsibility in case of non-compliance with local import laws.
Article 7 – Delivery
Delivery is made to the address indicated during the order. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of this information.
7.1 Deadlines
Unless otherwise indicated, products are shipped within a maximum of 30 days from the order date. The displayed delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on carriers, destination country or the nature of the order. DELPAR SAS may make partial deliveries.
Delivery occurs subject to the customer's compliance with contractual obligations. Risks are borne by DELPAR SAS until physical delivery of the order, provided that any reservation or non-conformity is expressly mentioned on the delivery note (see article 7.3).
7.2 Delay
In case of delay, the customer can consult the tracking provided in the confirmation email. After a period of 8 days without receipt, an investigation is initiated with the carrier (average duration: 1 to 3 weeks). If the package is found, it will be reshipped. If it is declared lost, DELPAR SAS will fully refund the order.
For orders over €500, and in case of delay of more than 7 days after the scheduled date (excluding force majeure), the customer may request cancellation of the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
7.3 Damaged or missing product
In case of a damaged, opened or incomplete package, the customer must refuse delivery or mention their detailed reservations in writing on the carrier's slip, then confirm by registered letter within 3 days. DELPAR SAS must also be informed via the contact page. Otherwise, delivery will be deemed compliant.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the following cases:
- Order over €200: free return (prepaid label)
- Order under €200: return via prepaid label with a €5 deduction
- Exchange or credit note: free return
- Parisian customers with a purchase > €600: free return by courier (VIP service)
