Every DCP piece is designed and crafted in our Parisian workshop by artisans who have been preserving a unique expertise for over thirty years.
We carefully select noble and durable materials. Most of our creations are made of metal, enhanced with a precious finish in gold, palladium, or ruthenium. They are further enriched with semi-precious stones (amethyst, labradorite, tiger’s eye…), crystal rhinestones, leather, or colored resins, all crafted in our workshop.
All our jewelry complies with the strictest European standards (REACH) and is designed to be worn safely, even on sensitive skin.
Made from fine materials, our jewelry deserves a little care to maintain its shine.
Avoid contact with perfume, water, makeup, hand sanitizer, or any corrosive substances. We also recommend removing them during sports or showering.
We do not recommend it. Water (shower, bath, swimming pool, sea) can alter the gilding, tarnish the materials or weaken certain finishes.
Use a soft, dry cloth. If stains persist, lightly dampen the cloth with clean water and dry immediately. Never use harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes.

To avoid overproduction, we produce our jewelry in limited quantities. If a piece is no longer available, it can be ordered upon request by contacting us at hello@dcp-paris.com or at +33 1 44 54 51 74 during store hours.
We do not offer engraving, but some pieces can be customized—for example, by changing the color of a rhinestone, pearl, or resin, depending on the possibilities offered by the design.

AVAILABILITY & PURCHASE
- “Add to cart” : the jewel is in stock.
- “Available in 3 to 4 days” : The part is currently being manufactured but can be ordered. Delivery time may be slightly extended.
- “Pre-order” : the jewel will be made especially for you (delivery time 1 to 2 weeks).
- “Sold out” : the product is out of stock, you can enter your email address to see a back in stock alert.

Yes. You can add a prestige box (for an additional fee or through our loyalty program) as well as a personalized postcard . Simply write your message in the "Add a note" section when confirming your shopping cart. It will be copied by hand and carefully slipped into your package.

Yes, our DCP gift cards are available in a variety of denominations. Sent via email with a unique code, they offer the freedom to choose from our entire collection.

- In-store collection (Paris 4th) : free, same day subject to availability during store opening hours.
- Within Paris : Express delivery in less than 3 hours (Monday-Friday, orders between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.). €10, free for orders over €400.
- Metropolitan France : Colissimo, 3 to 5 working days. €7, free for orders over €120.
- European Union : Colissimo or FedEx, 3 to 10 working days. €11, free for orders over €250 excluding VAT.
- International & DOM-TOM : FedEx Express, 2 to 6 business days. €25, free for orders over €400 excluding VAT.
Taxes and customs duties are included. Delivery times are given as an indication.
- In Paris: express courier in less than 3 hours (Monday-Friday).
- Internationally: FedEx Express (2 to 6 working days depending on destination).

Yes. You can specify a delivery address different from the billing address.
The package will be sent without an invoice and can be accompanied by a handwritten message , a card or a prestige box (additional charge).

If your order tracking indicates the status "delivered" but you have not received anything, we invite you to complete a non-receipt certificate .
Once completed, please return it to us at hello@dcp-paris.com . Our team will then contact the carrier to open an investigation and find a solution as quickly as possible.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
14 days after receipt, or 30 days for loyalty program members.
- The jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging .
- Personalized creations (changes in color, stones, rhinestones, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Jewelry received as a gift can only be returned for a credit note or an exchange for the same size/color of the same model . No refund will be made to the account of the person who gave the jewelry.
- France: Free returns via a prepaid label for orders over €250. Below that, €7 is deducted from the refund (free if you opt for a credit note or exchange).
- VIP service (purchases over €800, Paris intramuros only) : simplified return by courier offered, contact us.
- International : costs to be borne by the customer, please contact us beforehand.
- Contact our customer service or declare your return on our site to obtain a prepaid label and instructions adapted to your location.
- Place the jewelry back in its original packaging .
- Drop off the package according to the instructions provided.
- After receipt and validation by our workshop, your refund, exchange or credit will be taken care of.
Processing within seven business days after return validation. Depending on your bank, the time it takes to appear may vary and may take a few additional days.
Exchanges and credits are processed immediately after validation of the return.
Yes, an exchange is only possible for another size or another color of the same model , subject to availability.
- Return shipping is free if you choose an exchange.
- Shipping of the new part is free for all orders over €120 including VAT . Below this amount, shipping costs apply.
For any model change, you will need to return it and then place a new order.
WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Yes, all DCP jewelry is guaranteed for one year from the date of delivery or collection in store.
Each DCP jewel comes with a warranty card detailing our care advice as well as the warranty conditions.
Manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear (replacement of rhinestones, pearls, clasps, replating).
Present proof of purchase in store or contact our customer service with photo and order number.
If your jewelry breaks or if you notice a defect in it, we invite you to first refer to our article concerning the guarantee of our jewelry right here.

Depending on the intervention, our turnaround times vary from one day to approximately one week.
You can drop off or ship your jewelry directly to our boutique-workshop located at 32 boulevard Henri IV, 75004 Paris.

Yes, your points are valid for 12 rolling months from the date they were acquired. Each new purchase extends the validity of your points by one year.

Credits & Vouchers
Credits issued by DCP are valid for 12 months from their date of issue.
Credits can only be used on our website .
They must be used in one go : if the amount of your order is less than the value of the credit, the remaining balance will be lost.
To benefit from it, simply enter the code indicated during online payment.
- The credit note is issued following a return or exchange.
- The loyalty voucher is unlocked thanks to your points accumulated in our Le Cercle des Audacieux program.
Both can be used in the same way when paying online.
No. Credits cannot be combined with other promotional codes or vouchers. They must be used alone when paying for your order.
