However, should you wish to make a return, here are the applicable terms depending on your location.
Returns in France
Return Period
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return.
Members of the "Le Cercle des Audacieux" loyalty program benefit from an extended period of 30 days.
Conditions
The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging (pouch and warranty card included).
Personalized or custom-made jewelry (change of color, stones, rhinestones, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Costs and Options
- Returns resulting in a refund are subject to a flat fee of €7, automatically deducted from the refunded amount.
- Returns resulting in a credit note or an exchange are free.
- A prepaid label will be provided to you by email after your request has been validated.
International Returns (outside France and the European Union)
Return Period
14 days from the receipt of your order.
Loyalty program members benefit from an extended period of 30 days.
Conditions
The jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging, with all items provided upon delivery.
Personalized or custom-made jewelry is not eligible for return.
Return Costs and Options
- A flat fee of €15 is applied for international returns resulting in a refund.
- This amount is deducted from the corresponding refund.
- Returns are free in case of exchange or credit note.
- An international prepaid label can be provided upon request.
Return Procedure
- Contact our customer service via hello@dcp-paris.com or fill out the return form on our website to obtain your prepaid label and instructions according to your location.
- Carefully prepare your jewelry, in its original packaging, well protected.
- Drop off your package according to the carrier's instructions on the label.
- Return Validation: after receiving and quality checking the item, your refund, exchange, or credit note will be processed within 7 business days.
Additional Information
- Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund only in the case of a refund request.
- Exchanges and credit notes result in free returns.
- Returns made without prior validation from our customer service will not be accepted.
- DCP reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the stated conditions.
