Returns to France
Return period
14 days from receipt of your order. Customers who subscribe to our loyalty program benefit from an extended period of 30 days.
Terms
The jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.
Personalized jewelry (change of color, stones or rhinestones, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Fees and Options
→ Orders over €250: Free returns via a prepaid label.
→ Orders under €250: Returns are possible with a prepaid label; €7 will be deducted from the refund. We offer free returns if you opt for a credit note rather than a refund.
→ Exchanges: Free return if you opt for an exchange or credit note.
→ VIP Service (+€600 purchase, available only in Paris): We offer a simplified return by courier to your home free of charge for our Parisian customers.

How to make a return?
1. Contact our customer service or declare your return on our website to obtain a prepaid return label and instructions specific to your location.
2. Prepare your jewelry in its original packaging.
3. Drop off your package according to the instructions received.
4. After receipt and validation, your refund, exchange, or credit note will be processed within 7 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and €7 will be deducted from your refund. However, exchanges are free.
