Returns within France
Return period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
Members of our loyalty program “Le Cercle des Audacieux” benefit from an extended return period of 30 days.
Conditions
The jewelry item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging (including pouch and warranty card).
Customized or made-to-order pieces (color, stone, or crystal changes, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return fees and options
Returns for a refund are subject to a €7 flat fee, automatically deducted from the refunded amount.
Returns for a credit or exchange are free of charge.
A prepaid return label will be sent to you by email once your request is validated.
International Returns (Outside France and the European Union)
Return period
14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Customized or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.

A €15 flat fee applies to international returns that result in a refund.
This amount will be deducted from the refund total.

An international prepaid label can be provided upon request.
Return procedure
- Contact our customer service at hello@dcp-paris.com or complete the return form on our website to receive your prepaid label and location-specific instructions.
- Carefully package your jewelry item in its original box or pouch, ensuring proper protection.
- Drop off your parcel according to the carrier instructions indicated on the label.
- Once received and quality-checked, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed within 7 business days.
