Delivery within Paris

Express delivery within 3 hours 

Because every moment counts, we've created an express delivery service designed to offer you exclusivity, wherever you are in Paris. For jewelry in stock, enjoy express delivery by courier from Monday to Friday, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. This service is available for €10 and free for purchases over €500.

Pick up in store within 24 hours

Would you prefer to pick up your order in person and come visit us? Our in-stock jewelry can be picked up at our Bastille boutique, located at 32 Boulevard Henri IV, 75004 Paris, Monday to Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. We will contact you by email or text message, according to your preferences, once your order is ready for collection.

Delivery to mainland France

For shipments within mainland France, we use the COLISSIMO service. This service guarantees delivery times and the condition of your package.

  • Cost: €7
  • Free delivery from €120 in France or pick up in store.
  • Indicative lead time: 2 to 5 working days for products in stock.

Delivery within the European Union

For deliveries within the European Union, your packages are shipped via COLISSIMO and delivered against signature.

  • Cost: €11
  • Free delivery from €250 in the European Union.
  • Indicative lead time: 3 to 5 working days for products in stock.

International delivery (outside the European Union) and French overseas departments and territories

For international shipments (outside the European Union) or to the French overseas departments and territories, we use the services of FEDEX for a reliable and fast experience.

  • Cost: €25
  • Free international express delivery for orders over €400.
  • Indicative delivery time: 2 to 4 working days for products in stock, depending on the destination.

General delivery information

When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the delivery details provided by the carrier, as well as a tracking number to check the status of your shipment in real time.

Shipping costs include packaging your jewelry in a velvet pouch, handling, and postage. For gift shipping requests, you can add our prestige box for €8.

For international delivery, taxes and customs duties are included, you will not have any additional costs upon receipt of your jewelry.

To ensure the safety of your fragile jewelry, we take special care in the preparation and packaging of each package.

Delivery Recommendations

To optimize your shipping costs, we recommend consolidating your purchases into a single order. Shipping costs cannot be combined for multiple separate orders.
