Delivery within inner Paris
Express delivery within 3 hours
Because every moment counts, we have created an express delivery service, designed to offer you exclusivity, wherever you are in Paris. For in-stock jewelry, enjoy courier delivery within 3 hours, Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 5 PM. This service is available for €10 and is free for purchases over €600.
Express delivery requires at least 4 hours' notice before the start of the 3-hour period. Orders placed outside these hours, particularly on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day, with delivery possible from 10 AM.
A phone call will be made to arrange the most suitable delivery slot.
In-store pickup within 24 hours
Do you prefer to pick up your order in person and come visit us? Our in-stock jewelry can be picked up at our Bastille store, located at 32 Boulevard Henri IV, 75004 Paris, Monday to Saturday, from 11 AM to 1 PM then from 2 PM to 7 PM. We will contact you by email or SMS, according to your preferences, once your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery in mainland France
For shipments within mainland France, we use the COLISSIMO service. This service guarantees delivery times and the condition of your package.

- Free delivery for orders over €120 in France or in-store pickup.
- Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days for in-stock products.
Delivery in the European Union
For deliveries within the European Union, your packages are shipped via COLISSIMO and delivered against signature.
- Cost: €11
- Free delivery for orders over €250 in the European Union.
- Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days for in-stock products.
International delivery (outside the European Union) and French overseas territories
For international shipments (outside the European Union) or to French overseas territories, we use FEDEX services for a reliable and fast experience.
- Cost: €25
- Free international express delivery for orders over €400.
- Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days for in-stock products, depending on the destination.
General delivery information
When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the delivery details provided by the carrier, as well as a tracking number to check the status of your shipment in real time.
Shipping costs include the packaging of your jewelry in a velvet pouch, handling, and postage fees. For any gift order, you can add our prestige gift box for €8.
For international delivery, taxes and customs duties are included, so you will not incur any additional costs upon receipt of your jewelry.
To ensure the safety of your fragile jewelry, we take special care in preparing and packaging each parcel.
Delivery recommendations
To optimize your delivery costs, we advise you to group your purchases into a single order. Shipping costs cannot be grouped for several separate orders.
